10-80 DESIGNS started in Discord tickets: one roleplay department at a time, one custom patch at a time. Years of commissions later, it has grown into a full store of FiveM-ready EUP, vest and gear models, vehicle liveries and department patches.
Every product is made in-house. Patches are designed by hand, vests and accessories are modeled and textured for GTA V, and everything is tested in game before it goes up for sale.

Buying & downloads
How do I get my files after paying?
Instantly. Your files are in My Account → Downloads the moment your payment goes through, and you get a receipt. You can download them again any time, forever.
Do I need a Discord account to buy?
No. You can sign in with Discord or with just your email. Discord is handy for support, updates and roles, but it isn’t required.
What payment methods do you take?
Payments go through Stripe: cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Any other payment options available to you are shown on the checkout page. Prices are in US dollars. The currency picker shows an estimate in your own currency, and your bank does the conversion.
I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
On the Stripe checkout page, under the order summary.
Do products get updates?
Yes, when we improve a product, the new version shows up in your Downloads with an Update available badge, free.
Using the files
How do I install a product on my server?
Most products include install notes on their page and in the download. EUP and livery packs stream like any other FiveM resource. Our install guides walk you through it step by step. If anything doesn’t load, open a support ticket and we’ll help.
Can I edit the textures?
Yes, on any product that includes a .psd file. Products without a PSD can’t be modified.
Can I share files with my server?
Yes, with the server you’re part of. If you leave that server, the files have to be removed from it. They can’t be shared with other servers or communities. See the License Terms.
What’s the difference between Standard and Resell licenses?
Standard is personal use on your own server. Resell lets you use the item in commissions and commercial EUP packages you sell, but never sell the item on its own. Full details are on the License Terms page.
Refunds & problems
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If something is genuinely wrong and a refund is approved, it’s given as store credit or as credit toward a future commission, never back to your card. See the Refund Policy.
My download isn’t working.
Try again from My Account → Downloads. If it still fails, open a support ticket with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Custom work, gifts & rewards
Can you make something custom for my department?
Yes. Head to Custom Orders to build a quote, or open a support ticket with your questions.
Can I buy something for someone else?
Yes. Turn on Send as a gift in your cart and pick who it’s for. It lands in their account as soon as it’s paid.
How do points and store credit work?
Every order earns rank points, which you can turn into store credit and rewards. Referring a friend earns credit too. Everything is in My Account → Rank & rewards.
What is Lifetime access?
A one-time purchase that unlocks the whole store, including future releases. See the Lifetime page for the two tiers.

Personal use
- Use on your own FiveM server and with the community on it
- Edit textures when the product includes a .psd
- No reselling, sharing with other servers or commercial use
Commercial use
- Everything in Standard
- Use the item inside commissions and commercial EUP packages you sell
- Never sell or give away the item on its own
Tier 1 & Tier 2
- Patches in commercial releases (paid website or Discord releases) and commissions, on both tiers
- Vests only inside an EUP package or a FiveM-ready commission package
- No patch or vest may be listed for resale on its own, on either tier
Rules for every license
- You’re buying a license to use the work, not the work itself. Ownership of every original design, model and texture stays with 10-80 DESIGNS.
- You may share files with a server you are part of. If you leave that server, the files must be removed from it.
- Files may not be shared with, uploaded to or leaked on any other server, community, Discord or website.
- Products may not be ripped, modified (except textures of products that include a .psd) or passed off as your own work.
- Development assets (the Vest Accessories category) may never be resold or given away on their own, on any license. They may only be used inside FiveM-ready, locked releases and commissions.
- Files traced back to a leak lead to the original buyer losing access, and their account may be banned.
Commissions
Work you commission from us may also be sold by 10-80 DESIGNS, as set out in our Terms of Service.

PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2026.
10-80 DESIGNS (“we”, “us”) runs this store at 10-80designsfivem.com. We collect only what we need to sell you digital products, deliver them and keep the store running. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account details. If you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username and avatar (we don’t receive your Discord email or password). If you sign in with email: your email address.
- Orders. What you bought, when, the price and your order number, plus the email address you give at checkout for your receipt.
- Payments. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Things you choose to share. Reviews and screenshots, wishlists, gift messages, commission requests, and payout details if you join our partner program.
- Commission claims. If you claim points for a past commission, the details and the receipts or screenshots you upload as proof. Only you and our team can see them.
- Support chats. Messages you send to 10-80 Assist, our AI support helper, and its replies, so we can answer you and improve its help.
- Store activity. Pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a link or search engine), device type, and your approximate location (country and city, from our hosting provider). We use this to understand what’s popular and to show a live visitor count. We don’t store raw IP addresses for this.
- Email list. If you sign up for emails, your email address and when you joined.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchases, keep your downloads available and send receipts.
- To run your account: rank points, store credit, referrals, gifts and Lifetime access.
- To send messages you’d expect: order and download notices, replies to your tickets, and Discord messages about your purchases.
- To send marketing emails, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, chargebacks and leaks of our products.
- To improve the store, using activity data in aggregate.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, database and files.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Anthropic or Cloudflare Workers AI writes 10-80 Assist’s replies from the messages you send it. Don’t include passwords or keys.
- Discord, if you sign in with it or we message you there.
- PayPal, only for partners who request a cash payout.
- Google Fonts loads the site’s fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers small preferences, like your cart, light or dark mode and currency. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
How long we keep it
Order and account records are kept for as long as your account exists, so your downloads keep working and for tax and accounting. Activity data is kept only as long as it’s useful for running the store. Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support chats are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or download the information we hold about you.
- Delete your account yourself in My Account → Settings, or ask us to (we may keep order records we’re legally required to keep).
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Hide your name from public shout-outs by turning off Show me publicly in My Account → Settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU or California), you may have further rights under local law. To make any request, open a support ticket or email .
Children
The store isn’t aimed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
